How about how you deliver you logs? Like the trucks you use?

Feels like the cleaner needs to be twice as long with at least one or two more of the top hinged bars to spread out the individual pieces. Perhaps with progressively increasing speed on the tumbler bars to further toward the outlet the wood goes. Your cleaner could also be split in two - with a trommel cleaner (drum/tunnel with bars) between the two halves, to get rid of the long by skinny strips of waste before you star to strip out shorter blocks. I've seen variants of these cleaners that have different width tumbler discs, to change the gap between them, which allows progressive grading (from dust to wood chip sizes). This means you can break out your output streams and feed other processes - take saw-dust size waste and feed it to a pellet mill, take chip sized waste and send it to wood chip - and the streams that are between dust, chip, and split wood, you can feed into a specific machine that processes down to the next size followed by being circulated to the input hopper for screening again (waste between dust and chip goes to a hammer mill to be obliterated, waste between log and chip goes to a chipper).

The last cleaner I had was like that! This one is so much quicker and does a really good job! Also I’m going to do a video on one of the other processors soon!
