I’ve heard that a process of repairing should be done as soon as possible after a windshield’s got broken, as well as put some scotch tape on the broken glass to prevent from filling it with dust and its particles. Another great filmed video!

Blue Loctite the screws as well. No need to over tighten. Won't come loose, but can still be removed without heat.
