You know it's funny how he says invest 10% of your portfolio. I bet 10% of his portfolio is like my entire neighborhood life savings combined. Probably even more. Sorry Jim but you're wrong this time some of us can't invest 10% and expect to make enough out of it to survive this coming crash. Some of us have to go all in to probably barely survive and some of us will have to go all in and still get wrecked. Truth. Average American doesn't even have $500 to spend. And yet 10% of that is like $$50. Even with hyperinflation that 50 dollars is not going to make it last through the depression. Let alone that 500 or 5,000. So maybe Jim you should tell people to put a fixed amount like 10K instead of 10% because 10% for you is like millions while 10% for us lowly people is like a thousand.
