Am I right in saying it's the major scale relating to the chords with flats perfect fourth and fifths at least that's what I have been shown.

I'm going to have to watch quite a few times really like the lesson it's probably a lot more than using the major scale but the learning process goes forever thanks for the lesson.

@greggriffiths9053, yes, that is what is essentially happening. You are adding notes from the scale the chord is coming from to extend the harmony of that chord, if that makes sense?

@@margaretmcglynn5077 I have learnt the degrees of the minor scale as well also how to make minor to major in the scale chords building though is new I used to just memorize them.
