I passed the assessment. It was multiple choice questions. When the audio portion comes up, just take notes on what the customers are asking for. Once you get to the last part it will ask what the customers said in the audio. Its just a personality based assessment to see how well you listen and respond.

I just completed the virtual try out a week ago One thing I will suggest is when you get to the portion Where you have to listen to the clients Write down notes on what they request And their tone Like say the person is Steven And he's says "I'm nervous about flying - I'm going to my brothers graduation I would like a blanket - snacks and water " Write down For example John -nervous- Headed to brothers graduation Would like blanket snacks and water because They're going to ask you questions about it They didn't ask anything about the planes so I wouldn't focus on that Just situational and decision making with scenarios Hope I could help - good luck everyone ❤

Hello everyone! I just completed my VJT (Virtual Job Try-Out) assessment, and I'm eagerly awaiting an update. I wanted to express my gratitude to Alexis for providing a detailed video that helped me understand how this assessment works. Having an idea of what to expect boosted my confidence during the process. I'd like to share a helpful tip: In the third stage, there's an audio assessment. It's a good idea to record it on your phone or take notes because this can assist you in answering questions in stage five. Stay focused, as there's a time limit, so try to finish before it runs out. I’m confused on the part that says “ what is the most likely to respond “ and “ the least likely to respond” obviously I know the most likely would be the best answer, but I’m confused on the least likely part. i hella appreciate this video and think it’s going to be so helpful if i make it to the next step. however, the virtual job tryout is not this in depth. the virtual job tryout is generic STAR questions that don’t directly have to be answered according to delta.
