As a long time SNS guy I am very excited. Our time has come! I fight a lot of fights and have won quite a few duels with sns/gs in heavy armor. I expect after the patch to have lots of fun.

As someone who has been running this build: Heavy 300 con 200 str Sns / GA. Sturdy fort - shield Fortifying shield rush - shield Fortifying whirlwind Insatiable gravity well Crippling reap I have 2 physical aversion 2 elemental. The build rips already. Can’t wait for this update.

Yea my main since launch is this build. I have enfeebling maelstrom, attunement, and thwarting on the GA 2 phys aversion, 3 ele aversion, 1 sturdy energy, 5 resil, 3 refreshing, 1 grav well Shield is sturdy, sturdy fort, shield rush Sword has refreshing move (highly recommend), leaping strike, enchanted. This build hits like a truck both 1v1 and in a group and can tank a zerg. Originally, inspired by Atlas Fishmo build but with much higher mobility thanks to charge and leaping strike. Over 90% fortify in most fights without looking at gems or aversions.

excellent video! on my server, we are thinking of the tank as a weakening machine. accumulating the debuff of the ruash shield with that of the HM or the GA. thus, alone, the tank can apply very high values ​​of weaken. on the perk "sturdy energy" in the ptr a cap was added to increase the speed of stamina regeneration. as the solo of VG and LS together with the buff of the city already reach this cap, sturdy energy becomes dispensable. however thinking about an OPR, HW still seems to be the best combination, because it offers a lot of lifestealing.

On your first graphic you mention sns/spear build. Could I just combine your latest spear build with this sns build? Would it also be viable for opr as a solo Player?

I've been working on a similar sns/ig build for a bit now and it's crazy how much I can survive, even on live. Good tip with using the pylon as a stam battery, I hadn't thought about that before. Do you think it would be worth it to run stamina runeglass in the armor as well?

weirdo builds you are using sir xD... im think best combo for sns is the hatchet. but after the patch it will not be so good anymore. have a bis sword rogue\leap strike\empowered and dope shield but cant use it anymore on OPR since a lot of rangers now popin. but since im the dope ass fps player with the 20 years experience i go bb and just wackin shit on the daily with my ig or fs for the secondary weapon. i heave all bis items. habe a bis bow but i dont like a bow idk why )) musket is not mine too. im think im just lovin to be on top of melee players and dominate with my bb on them xD...

Currenly enjoying myself as a CC machine with SnS/WH, but after the patch goes live the hammer will be absolute poop. What do you think of going with GA instead (GA with enfeebling maelstrom + an enfeebling ring) as an on point clump heavy bruiser/tank for OPR (like: maelstrom, whirlwind, gravity well)? 20% enfeebling from shield rush + 25% from maelstorm, would that work?

Could see it, but just feels a little silly for GA to only have use as a Util weapon. Think that’s pretty accurate though, GA is basically just a Util weapon now. SNS kinda does what GA does in that regard passively though.

Yea hatchet seems solid. Spear also looks alright but think hatchet is safer.

I think it's better in con, sorry my notifications weren't working for some reason. the 200 foc would be for healing but healing in heavy doesn't make a ton of sense imo.

bro to be honest all this sns\bb wh\bb builds are low tier.... if you want to be a top tier go bb\fs bb\ig. thats needs much more skill to land all of yours abilities and to manage stamina right and to keep right distance between you and your OPs. musket bow fs ig bb its the high tier pvp skill weapons. weapons like GA with WH is for noobs. ray charles could play this builds and be effective. if you want to get you to the next lvl of pvp go range builds. evoid noob shit like hacthets and GS and all other dumb melee shit that popin... peace

theres a sword with Sturdy (Illusory Enigma or some). Other perks aint great but it saves a shield perk. You can also use Sturdy Fortification, gives you another 20% fortify

@@mecr0w yeah, saving a shield perk can be interesting. you can get some ward (thrust, slash, fire, we gotta wait and see) + shield rush (huge fort) + sturdy fortification. Sturdy energy on armor. Gonna be tanky

@@mecr0w i have both on live, waiting patch. On ptr I just tested 5 shirking + shield rush on shield and +armor gear, with self buffs I got to 4890 armor on sns and 4540 on spear (perforate on weapon). still need sacred ground and other basic buffs. It can go over 5000 easy

@@bulgarintv SNS hatchet was played for a while as a kill squad build with 200 str 150 dex 150 con but don’t think that’s super viable right now. Kinda interested if GA/SNS or Spear/SNS could work or not. I’m not sure the offhand but it’s probably something with 200 con. Hell maybe bb isn’t awful and you do something with that. I’d personally bet on hatchet though.
