Hello, I recently purchased this headset. I'm wondering, Is the sounding muffled? Gunshots and explosions don't sound crisp and clear but rather suppressed. vocals are not as crisp as other headsets I've used ) I'm not sure if this is how they should sound or is it just due to the large amount of bass in the headphones.

I ordered my Vankyo Captain 100 recently for $20.00 and was very excited about trying it out. They said it was shipped but I didn't get a tracking number. When I asked about it they said there were some "quality issues" with it and offered me another model. (CM7000). I disappointingly declined. But why did they tell me it was shipped before they had quality issues?
