So what bikes do you want to see reviewed in 2025? Let's have them...

Would be great to see a review of the Trek Madone SL6 or SL7 since they are more affordable models of the Madone GEN 8 family.

At the risk of driving people away, the Fairlight Secan 3.0!

Best wishes in the new year. Your most popular videos are not what I would suggest, so don't listen to me. X-Lab would be my one suggestion. Thanks for the TeamMachine R last month.

Hi David, thanks for your videos. I like to see new bikes, bike products and hear what bike brands are up to. I have a particular interest in British bike brands, Mason, J.Laverack, Brompton, Boardman, Enigma, Genesis…. How about a Moulton review? Just like everyone, I’m waiting for the Tolkien Bike…. One bike to rule them all.

For someone coming back to cycling after a long illness I bought a Kenisis R1 (amongst other bikes I now own) a couple of years ago based on your review. I appreciated your more "affordable" and lesser known bike reviews as well as the high end reviews. Great content keep it up.

First! (And now for commentary); I like the approach you take David. When you review lesser known brands of bikes and components it increases my product knowledge and depth of view in the bicycle industry. I often go the the product website and learn more about them and it enables me to speak intelligently about many different aspects of cycling merchandise. So, in that regard; you provide and invaluable service. Besides; all the big brands (Trek, Specialize, Cannondale, Canyon, and so on) aren't putting out new gear often enough for you to have a steady stream of content. You almost have to review lesser known products to have a show! I also like that your content spans the breadth of cycling disciplines; specifically road and gravel riding. Just keep doing what you are doing. While you may see fit to make some adjustments as a presenter, I do believe you are on a really good path. Thanks for all you do!

I agree! I like to hear about new and lesser known components and bikes. Especially when you can compare them directly or ride bikes back-to-back, most of us mortals don't have the opportunity or good fortune to test things in that way!

I bought a Lauf Uthald Ultimate this fall and have been very happy with it. It is a great value here in the U.S.A. I think people will benefit from getting to know this brand better.

I'm a Specialized guy (since 1983 w/ steel Allez), so only interested really in how others compare. That said, for bike reviews in general, I would start with a category (e.g. road, gravel (most popular currently), allroad, comfort, e-bike, etc.) and then show a list of bikes in that category that you feel would be most innarresting to YTubers, and then pick one (if you have that option) to do a full review on...just my thoughts...but David, really I think and thank you for already doing a great job, especially with your dog care...arff arff !!!

Still interested in Mason, Fairlight and specialist bike brand reviews. Your videos swayed my thinking into a buying a steel bike this year, so please keep up those specialist reviews. Thanks!

I’d love super lightweight frames that accept mudguards well, whether it’s a mudguard mount or aftermarket clip-ons! I still wonder how an aethos would get on with aftermarket mudguards since Specialized is anti-mudguard mount (besides the Roubaix)

Nice some up and interesting insights. Thanks for sharing! The BMC looks like a Teammachine R (not a Roadmachine). Mighty bike.

Btw I suspect that the “more hyped bikes” at hype times getting a lot of viewers from youtube searches (at least your channels always pops out for me for most my bike related searches), whereas people will search less on not too commonly known bikes (as well having smaller chance to get our hands on them). If the bike videos is not up in “hype time” then those views will be most likely lost.

Great recap David - 2 things I picked up - BMC, great bikes but getting frame specific spares and parts from Switzerland is a pain in the butt and out of the UK distributors hands so that puts people off ( speaking as someone working in the bike industry) and Boardman - the 2025 bikes have come on enormously, but there’s still a lot of brand snobbery out there , which is a shame because you look at what your getting with a Boardman gravel bike and it’s amazing bang for your buck !!

Great content. I would like to see endurance/road bike reviews for bikes costing £1500 to £2500 budget.

David, i like the head to head with timed circuits. Price 3500 seems the bench mark, all the aero side is mainly at 45kph. Strava average is 32kph or 20mph Can you bust the myths and fly around your circuit on variety lower £3500 grand head to head bikes? Stick to watts but 20mph 32 kph benchmark?

I personally would have liked to see this split between road and gravel bikes instead of mixed together. However, interesting to see how everything shook out.

I think the cheaper bike reviews not doing so well may not because they aren't popular - it's like top gear back in the day, most people wanted to see a review of a bugatti or ferrari, even though they would never buy one. Watching a review of a ford focus just wasn't that interesting.

hilarious that the bikes I'm personally looking into are on the least popular list lol

More Chinese brands. Just got a Winspace T1550 2nd Gen. Feels great. You having ridden so many Western brands would bring a clearer picture of just how good Chinese frames are. Especially for the price.

I just bought a Yoeleo H9 integrated bar/stem. I can't wait to see how that works out. It's my first Chinese-direct product and I'm also considering a set of Elite 40D wheels.

Bring in more Serious Chinese brand bikes to compare with the SL8, those everyone knows great bikes. bit of dull keep worshipping only on the western well known brands and models which everyone knows they all made in china/taiwan.
