Man, I was ready to shit all over this review the moment I read the title, but you made excellent points. I guess Dragon Quest fans just love the RNGness and predictable story telling that the franchise offers. I will still play the crap out of XII (12) when it releases😁

The Nautica and Vince part are the worst of them all. I’m playing the switch game and it looks great to me
