Pork chop dinner. I don't know what spices they use, but the pork chops taste really, really good. The biscuits are weird (as in sausage gravy and biscuits) - they put them on the grill, which gives them a weird texture. The gravy's good, though. Pro tip - sausage gravy on toast instead. Speaking of toast, you're missing out if you do not try the cinnamon raisin toast with any meal. My Waffle House is using abbreviated menus, which do not list many of the menu items, like pork chops. Why ? I don't know. They still have them, though. Oh, grits with Splenda. So good.

What’s the best breakfast deal do they have that includes the eggs over easy or sunny the one’s that the yolk is running but everything else is cooked wright and do they have sausage links or patties and bacon and 4 pieces of toast but I would want a order of white gravy on the side but I can’t afford to much because I live in a nursing home and we barely get $60 a month to live on for a month and with grocery prices have all gone up and now Walmart doesn’t take offers from anybody anymore or like if they have a soda for $7 something you can’t take a add in there and show them their prices but they don’t do it anymore but I heard Kroger’s and Albertsons does the same thing but my friend said she would have to find out if they would deliver to anywhere in Waxahachie

I had a friend who was upset with me because he heard me praising Waffle House Coffee (when WH freshly ground it for each pot which they no longer do in my area). He came up to me and told me their food was terrible! I replied, "Yes, but how was the coffee? I only go there for the coffee." If the cook knows what he/she is doing, the food is great. ok had you ever worked at waffle house before making this video, you'd know a few things. 1.) if the sausage is dry, then the cook overcooked it., also suuny side up is not how the egg comes normally on the sandwich, its usually fried well. 2.) next, Hashbrowns can come smothered, covered, capped, diced, chunked (ham) peppered (jalapenos), Topped (topped with chili) and Country (topped with gravy) you only mentioned 3 options and if the cheese is not melted on your hash browns, then the cook did not leave the potatoes on the grill long enough to melt it. 3.) why would you expect fried chicken? there are no fryers inside any waffle house and Id like to point out the reason why the chicken biscuit isnt that good ISNT because of the chicken, its because of the garbage biscuit we put it on 4.) the problem with the tbone as is also the problem with the sirloin, is not how its cooked, its how thin the damn thing is cut, it has zero to do with what we have going on on the grill, but what do you expect for a $10 tbone steak thats only maybe 6 oz's instead of the 12 oz's other restaurants carry? 5.) you do realize you can ASK for a butter cup for your grits right? also grits are bland in GENERAL as the recipe for most grits is grits, water and maybe a little salt, thats WHY people put other things into grits *rolls eyes* 6.) again thats how waffles are SUPPOSED to taste, its eggs milk and batter mix, just like you make at HOME. 7.) ummm no, its two pieces of cheese and grilled onions. know what you are talking about. 8.) the biscuits and gravy is the FIRST THING i suggest not to get because of the garbage tasting biscuits 8.) waffle house bread is the EXACT SAME bread you buy at the store when you go shopping, we dont use some magical special bread. 9.) Thick patty? what store are you going to? the patties are thin as hell and lettuce tomato and onion doesnt normally come with it , UNLESS you tell them you want it DELUXE. 10.) all the way also includes chili and gravy, as you implied they were extra to the all the way hash browns when they are standard for it and are INCLUDED when you order it that way. 11.) the REESE"S waffle (which combines chocolate and peanut butter chips) is the king, not the chocolate chip waffle and Id argue the Blueberry one outdoes the Reese's. Jesus, where did you get your information from guys? that was pathetic overall and one of the sloppiest videos Ive ever seen

I strongly disagree with a lot of this video. If you don't want dry chicken make sure they dome it, don't press it. It will result in a very juicy piece of chicken. I know many places serve Tbones that are bigger, But most experience cooks can really do the thinner t-bone at waffle house much Justice. If you don't like just one slice of cheese on your hash browns,ask for it double covered. Plain waffles can be just as good as the chocolate chip, ask for cooks butter instead of regular butter. I realize this is written by someone's personal experience and opinion, but I don't think they tried it more than once or knew the tricks.

Sadly I was there when it was snowing and ice cold out and my corner table felt like I was eating outside so I was just trying to get out of there. It’s a overrated place but serves a purpose. obviously your not eating at the Waffle Houses in Ohio, I don't know about other states. But the grits are amazing if you add a little butter, and sugar. Grits are not meant to be eaten plain. It's like eating cereal without milk, it's doable but not preferred. The waffles aren't supposed to be fancy either, it's not like an IHOP or something where everything has to be over the top with uniqueness. This is fine dining at a diner it's like expecting great ice cream cones at a Starbucks. ive worked at wafflehouse for 5 years and im a 3rd shift supervisor. im a rockstar and im in the million dollar club. wafflhouse does not like any of its food never order the grits they are only made on third shift according to the waffhouse manager handbook. so if you come in in the morning the first grits could be really really old and if you come in late at night around 9pm the grits are almost 24 hours old every person who eats them complains and makes it a problem for me so often that i have to refuse grits being sold because i know how bad they are. scrambled cheese eggs are also something that i can not fucking stand also regular scrambled eggs if you order more than 2 eggs you have to ad a lot of oil to keep them from stick to the pan or ruining the pan and making it need re seasoning. scrambled eggs take a long time to make when you have a table of 3 order all scrambled cheese eggs at wafflehouse we try to get you in and out as little as 11 minutes if your food takes 11 minutes to make because of the quantity or complexity i suggest you tip the cook before he makes your food so he will prioritize its quallity. also for real do not order anything a server will have to call from the table for example tbones well because they take the longest to cook out of anything at wafflehouse. or porkchops. do not make special requests for meats like washed chicken or washed pork chops the hand sicks will hand nozzle rods that the meat till have to touch in order to be washed it comes pre washed anyways from tyson. do not as for anything well done you are being annoying as fuck and wafflehouse hates you.when you are greeted when entering be fucking polite. just say hello back sit yourself only at a clean table. if its still wet it is from whiping it down tables turn over very fast and dont fucking use napkins to dry it your a peice of shit we hate you. order simple non detailed orders and any cook can make your food perfectly if you say welldone on bacon you will get burnt bacon if your order chewy bacon it will be undercooked fuck all of you typing this out is just a small list of things i fucking hate about my job dont fucking eat there and dont ever tip less than 7 dollars servers are not paid enought to be treated like shit and do there jobs so fuck all of you you stupid pieces of shit. 3rd shif is the only thing that makes wafflehouse continuously open 24 hours the people that come in make me hate all of humanity we are not a fucking bar stop comming to a place that has worse food than the bar you just came from fucking die you garbage trash people my typing is shit i cant do anything with my life working for such a shitty company and wafflehouses are only run by people desparate for a pay check. dont fucking go there please do not eat at wafflehouse
