Please take note on how she seasoned the chicken and made sure the seasoning thoroughly coated every piece of chicken before she dipped it in the flower!!! A lot of folks make wack fried chicken because they miss that key step

I enjoy all the comments of how good the food looks, and this is what food cooked from the heart looks like. But what about the fact at about 12:35 she takes the baked bbq chicken out the oven with a oven glove on one hand and a rubber glove on the other. I know these chefs are accustomed to periodically touching hot things, but My God, I was screaming on this side of the screen from seeing that lol.

Definitely Gourmet food. These restaurant employee's certainly have their cooking act together. The food looks absolutely tasty and delicious. Gourmet food is defined by any food of high quality and/or rarity that is crafted to deliver exquisite taste in a pleasing manner and fashion with ingredients that are rare or har to cultive. Any food critic would most certainly will give this restaurant a thumbs up just by viewing this video without even tasting the food. I don't doubt it for a second that this fried chicken and waffle restaurant is the best in its community and district.
