Lanan house feel like home cuz of the minute detail him and his wife have put into it, you can clearly see they've thought so much for the design and may have designed the house or interior by themselves, his house have the cozy feeling, not necessarily too expensive or anything (even tho he's one of the richest youtubers) , whilst the others house seem very structural and missing the human touch & smaller the house more closer you'll be with your family, and if you build 7-10-15 room house, the separation and the connection will obv not remain same.
