When it comes to the TCG I'll get one regardless of changes just for the Charmer cards, but if it comes with all these reprints I'm definitely getting 3, as a player on a budget it's been nearly impossible to get even just one of these some times, so it would be nice to have them even as common

Agree, I dont mind if we get one or the other of the reprints in TCG, I'm just happy to get some more Charmer supports that we really needed. Some are good, and some are okay but they still feel incomplete cuz we dont have the other two familiars, and we dont have supports for Light and Dark. We need to get them very soon and I hope they come into the latest main sets. Not only that I hope we can get alternate artworks for the Light and Dark Familiar-Possessed monsters too and new backrow supports that have their artworks in them

I love Charmers, but I think the structure deck should have done better with including the link Charmers and also given out more support cards than just 5. They really need additional supports to give them a decent pure build or at least give them something without clogging the deck with so many monsters (lv 3 Charmers, the FP, the familiars, Awakened familiars, Fairy Tail Luna, Eda the Sun Magician, etc). Just having more spells and traps is what they only need. The field spell has potential however they should have given it a 3rd effect to stand out more than just be a Familiar search, plus this card is unsearchable along with the Quick-Play spell. I really love the trap card because it summons your monster and adds disruption on your opponent.

back at 2015, they release sleeves of the charmers, unfortunatelly, they still haven't released any card of the cover but it came out with 50 sleeves and a seperator with 2 different covers at the front and back, I'll buy the structure decks even so that I quit yugi, but love those elemental girls

No one is going to buy the deck without these reprints. Konami half-assed this structure deck. Charmers are bad and this SD does nothing to help them outside of being a small engine.

We're gone too get these reprints. Konami will want this to sell, and anyone who plays competitively won't touch this thing without those reprints. It's a bad deck, relying on its artwork to sale. Which will get them the casual/collector market. But they will miss out on the people who want viable decks. Not a deck that would struggle to be relevant 6 years ago.

We dont have the other two awakened familiars and we dont have supports for the Light and Dark attributes. It's really a shame how they got 5 supports when they needed 10. The evenly reprint I can somewhat see because they didn't put it in battle of legend or the megatins. But dark ruler is most likely not gonna get imported here if we even get the structure deck, We were supposed to get the warrior structure and look how that turned out. I very highly doubt the tcg gives us these reprints because they are greedy as all get out and would rather make us pay for them out of other sets

I'm a bit disappointed too but it makes sense since these two were introduced late into the series. I really hope we can get supports for Lyna and Dharc as well as spell/trap supports that have their artwork in them and even alternate artworks for their Familiar-Possessed cards

I love Charmers, but I don't fully like this Structure Deck. Lyna and Darhc are fully missing (Not even the Spiritual Arts or the familiars), the links are missing, only two charmers got the Awakened Possed card and they still don't have a win condition (or at least an end goal). Yeah, a sad deception for me.

honestly its hard to tell exactly how you want to run the deck knowing the archetype has more than 1 playstyle, whether it is a toolbox control deck or a beatdown deck. You could focus on the lv 3 Charmers to steal your opponent's monster and help prevent them from being easily destroyed by battle with Unpossessed. If you just wanna use the Familiair-Possessed monsters you have Fairy Tail - Luna to help search them out as well as have Awakening of the Possessed to give you a +1 on draw. The new supports definitely give the deck more push on consistency, which is what they lacked the most as a deck but they still need a win condition in a pure build. The trap card allows you to summon any spellcaster with 1500 Def to your field and then pops a card. The quick-play spell is by far their best support to search two cards of the archetype in your deck allowing you set one to the field and add the other to your hand so you have many options to choose which card to set and to add to your hand. The Earth familiar monster has great synergy to bring out a link-2 monster and then search out any of your Possessed spell/trap cards to your hand. The field spell and the fire familiar monster are the two cards that didnt seem all that impressive. Sure the field spell has a nice way to negate hand traps and to search your familiars better but realistically it could have done better to have a Hidden City effect to flip your Charmer monsters face up and disrupt your opponent faster and to also have a plunder patroll booty effect to change an opponent's monster's attribute to match any charmer monster on the field. If we need more supports for Charmers, we definitely need supports that have more attribute based disruptions, summons, and searches with more effects to flip your monsters and give the Familiar-Possessed monsters additional effects when summoned

I personally hate this Structure Deck. I was so excited to hear that Charmer's were getting the SD treatment. Then I found out that all they got was a couple of new cards, and no new Charmer Monsters to fix how outdated the Monsters in the archetype are. Instead getting alt arts, and tokens taking the place of most of the new cards.

TO be honest I had thought that with these tokens, we were gonna get a support card that generates them for better synergy of bringing out the Familiar-Possessed monsters or even the new awakened familiars. I kinda see where you're going with what you say now cuz I do agree that as much as I was extremely excited for Charmers getting that SD treatment its disappointing how they only received 5 cards meanwhile Sacred Beast got 9. The only good cards they received were the earth familiar, the trap, and quick-play spell. Nobody will play the fire familiar especially when the water and wind familiars will arrive in main booster sets, and the field spell should have had better effects like having both Hidden City for its flip effects, searches and disruptions, and a plunder patroll booty effect for its attribute changing effect when a charmer monster activates its effect to steal a monster

@@IamJerf Yup. Even lamer is this SD doesn't include the Link Charmer's. Also, the Tokens are just here to cash in on collectors. That's why there's 4 art works, and it's one per deck, and they're random. Konami's hoping to get you to buy this SD like a booster pack.

Depends. For a novice? Absolutely not. Shaddol Showdown is much better. For someone who wants the reprints, yes. Dark Rule No More, Evenly, Solemn, etc. There's a lot of good stuff.
