For example, when I see you speaking on TV, my husband is there listening, and others enter my view. Yes brother. U can attain it without practice. As a matter of fact that’s the journey you r on now. But it will take many more life time to attain the full awakening. But the practices are just like a vehicle to speeding it. Eg- someone traveling by air n one traveling by water. They will all eventually get to their destination but the one traveling by air will arrive months or weeks before the other arrives. Be blessed
