I tried this with my bible. In the Orthodox faith we have 81 books, I did 81÷1.618 and got 50, and matthew happens to be the 50th book of our bible, interesting.

66 divided by 1.618 = 40.7 To those who say you must round off to the 41st book because of the ".7" No, that's not how it works. That ".7" means you spiral deeper into the book of Matthew because don't forget there are 28 chapters in that book. You must calculate that ".7" into those 28 chapters and find out what chapter it lands on. And each chapter has verses as well.

You'd think your "god" would want something neater than creating a universe with golden raios, square roots of two and _pi_ - why not simply make the ratio of a circles circumference to it's diameter a nice, neat 3? Maybe God did it that way in the last universe He created, but in this universe, He felt like doing it this way. God could have made countless worlds before this one, with different rules and different numbers. The Bible says Jesus "made the worlds" which means He made other worlds besides this one. "Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds" (Hebrews 1:2, King James Bible)

I really don't know how to say this nicely but this is just bad theology if you can even call it that. The whole spacing of the old and new testaments on the page thing is just because of the size of the font and paper. The picture literally has a bible with more stuff at the bottom to make this look right. Get a large print bible, it won't work. The old and new testaments dividing to be the golden ratio only works if it's not a Catholic or Ethiopian Bible which have a different number of books and even with a "normal" bible 66/1.618 is 40.791 not 40. doing some quick personal measurements for length for elbow to wrist to hand the calculation is off by over 2 in. (also19/1.618 is 11.4) for me personally. The courting backwards in Timothy thing is also just random and other translations do not use the word divide. most say to correctly handle it by, you know, by not making crap up to confuse people. Finally the reason the GR is all over nature is because it allows plants to catch as much sun as possible. I love Jesus but this is a perversion of the religion.

Yes, the GR it is all over nature for different functions. But it is all by design. The golden ratio is so prevalent in nature that there is no way that this was random, numbers, patterns, math are God’s building blocks. Also, there should be 64 books of the Bible, Esther and the Song of Solomon should not be in the Bible, they are foul books of lust, killing of innocents (Esther), adultery, race mixing, pedophilia in one part (song of Solomon), etc. if you divide 64/1.618, which is 39.555, closer to 40. You under estimate how deep these numbers go.

How come the content page, which can be designed in more than a million way, is a proof that the current bible is true? The content page must have been designed by someone who knows the golden ration. Graphic designers are well known of using the ratio in their work. Also, there is a conflict between Christians regarding the number of books in the Bible, so your whole argument doesn't make any sense! and the calculations you did are no different.
