I will say this, I find alot of those people who sit and have hateful things to say about other people's relationship are ones that have missed out on love in their lives, because of their own very, very, very narrow minded thoughts on what "life" is suppose to look like. You are a lovely couple and if that’s who the Lord placed you with no one can separate you. Continue doing what you’re doing because it is obvious that you went into this relationship with prayer and you will continue to pray through this relationship to keep you together. I will have my own feelings on age but that is my feelings I don’t have to put it out on people. My parents were in an age gap relationship. They celebrated their 50th anniversary on September 29th, then dad passed on October 2 at the age of 92. My mom is in her late 60s. That's a big gap but they made it work and they had an awesome relationship.

Thanks for sharing your parents age gap and how they made it. my husband and I are 27years apart we been married almost 5 we have a blended family of 5 and we have had people say nasty stuff I believe God chose my husband we have ourchallenges but God and our love and the work we put in has stand the test if time. ,my late cousin him and his wife and were 20 year part married for 33 and my grandparents were 21 years apart married for 42 they went through alot of hell in their day especially because my grandfather was younger they had a blended family of 10

@@alexiousthomas Did your parents give pushback? I am a Christian as is mine and partners whole family as well. We have a 15 year gap, 21 and 36 and I finally told my dad and he flipped. He said he vehemently disapproves and doesn’t want to tell my mom because she’ll have a nervous breakdown.. I don’t know what to do. Everything about our relationship has proven to be so right even through earnest prayer. My father said if our relationship was from God then the age gap obstacle wouldn’t be there. My parents are the only ones who see this as an issue even after getting counsel from other mentors.
