Perfect timing for this video! I just went apple picking in Yucaipa, CA yesterday. I was going to start looking up recipes today. I'm going to try the Galette -- it looks yummy, even with the burnt top! Good video! Thank you for sharing!

I literally had a bunch of apples (and a store bought pie crust) and made the same thing on Sunday! It's also great to sprinkle a little sugar on that crust before you bake so it's a bit sweet too! Great job!
