Season 03 Episode 03, "The Gothowitz Deviation". Sheldon attempts to modify Penny's behaviour by giving her a chocolate every time she does something right. This doesn't belong to me, of course.

Anime is Japanese animation. Manga is Japanese comic novels. Chinese comic novels are called manhua so Chinese cartoon can be referred to as ""manhua anime". Korean comic novels are called manhwa. Cartoons/comic novels of Japan, China, and Korea each has a distinctive style and of course, different sense of humor

this is true however if you actually go to japan you'll find that there every kind of animation is considered anime. it's only in the west you'll find any weight in the argument of calling an anime a cartoon, or vice versa, incorrect.

Penny didn't have to use sex to control or train Leonard's behaviour, Leonard wanted to get laid and sleep with Penny from the first moment he set eyes on her. That's why Leoanrd went out of its way to woo, dote on impress and win Penny's heart because pretty much all he wanted, valued and cared about in their relationship was sex.

@jonasdalbakk79278 жыл бұрын
+ZehMysticBoi highly unlikely. The definition of a weeaboo, is a person with a massive obsession over Japanese culture. If you observe Sheldons typical behavior, you will soon observe that his highest points interest, are inside of SciFi, superheroes, science and trains. You may very rarely observe him talking, or referencing anything related to Japanese culture. This means that Sheldon is not a weeaboo.
@hbanana78 жыл бұрын
+Jonas Dalbakk the term otaku applies to all the guys in Big Bang. Otaku is anyone who is knowledgable of his hobby that goes beyond amateur. They are all serious comic/sci-fi otakus.

Joe Lau ok a person born with only 1 opening in their nose. Went in has nose surgery to make it with 2 holes instead of 1. The surgeon screwed up and gave her 3 holes. FYI if a joke or funny line has to be explained. It rinders it totally not funny at that point. Though to be honest it isn't that hard to understand. People have 2 holes in their nose called nastruals. Where as a deformity caused the girl to have only 1.

@hadorean8 жыл бұрын
joshua Paul You: "calling anime a japanese cartoon works." Me:"Anime is literately Japanese cartoons." Is this message for me? Because otherwise you're just repeating what is said.
@hadorean8 жыл бұрын
+joshua Paul So, you're referring to "But anime are cartoons." Okay, so what you're saying is that the term anime is just "Japanese cartoons", but you can't separate Japanese from cartoons, otherwise it would just be cartoons. I get your point. but look, western or Japanese, it's still cartoon regardless. It's the process that defines it, not the culture. Well, in my own opinion, it's just a sub-category, a genre if you will. *After all, anime isn't a medium, but a genre for animation.* Anime isn't synonymous with animation, because otherwise Disney movies by definition would be called "anime." ~Sigh, I don't want to dwell to deep on the whole genre or medium thing, and that's not the point of the discussion, the point i'm trying to make is this. "We don't call animations made in Canada, Canadian cartoons. I don't see how Japanese cartoon is an exception." You might say, "but you're also calling cartoons Japanese cartoons and that you're contradicting yourself." I was using Japanese cartoons to distinguish from cartoons. Otherwise my op would have went something like this. "I'm pretty sure the term "cartoon" isn't confined to only cartoons, but cartoons also." which made no sense I wasn't implying that Japanese and cartoons is inseparable when defining anime.
