Pyramid Head is so slept on. Most people use his power in a cheesy way: to zone people or solely hit survs who are vaulting a pallet or window. Only Pyramid Head mains seem to go for prediction shots, wall bangs, and flicks. He has such potential but people don't actually put time into the skilled part of his kit.

pyramid head is my #1 "i wish i was good at this" killer. i've put a very decent amount of time into him but i still miss 90% my M2 shots. it hurts every time.

All of that is not working ;) big red line of his incoming shot and shot travel time is all what pro survivor need to avoid any shot besides being locked in vault/drop animation. PH power is activates and deactivates too slow and slowing him too much that in the end looping around safe pallet is same as as doctor with his shock spam but instead you just drag sword in the floor preventing pallet drop but you still need to round 3-4 times around every loop to get a hit. Thats why people avoid trails so hard, because every Pyramid is tunneling, thats the win strategy of him, because no mobility, no gen pressure and his power is not working agains good survs to make him better in chase than Nemesis or Pinhead for example

I think that my favorite part of Rowby videos is the random drops of near poetic insight into video games and their communities, like the bit with the hillbilly bloodweb. It's really enjoyable to listen to, and I feel like often times I leave these videos with a better understanding of how the game/playerbase works even though it was delivered through 20 minutes of straight snark. It's a delicate balancing act but man do you always pull it off. I will forever love these videos lol

Pigs traps are no longer rng. There is a certain amount of searches that must be occur between all 4 traps. I believe it’s 12 searches. It’s a good buff, and much less rng

I was led to believe that it would never be the 1st box your search or the last one you search... since if everyone got 1st box by chance it would totally invalidate her power or if it ended up being the last one the pig could camp that last box so I guess in a way it's kind of rng but not totally that is if this is actually correct

I've played on console since around 2019. I can PROMISE I have only seen upwards of around 50 Tricksters in that time until now. He is a rare sight nowadays and whenever I'm playing with friends I have to point out it is a Trickster and that I haven't seen one since the coming of christ. Honestly, the only real nerf that would potentially allow her to keep her power and force her to "play by the rules" would probably to make it so her power doesn't allow her to go through solid objects (walls, floors, pallets, vaults). Though a nerf like that would probably make her worse than Trapper.

As a dredge main I’m honored that you said my mains better than blight, idk so many people sleep on dredge, he’s really powerful in capable hands, also I used to main artist and I was super good at predicting survivors, one time I was chasing a Claudette and in mid chase I shot a crow at a gen got a Kate, I saw her run away so when I got my power back I remembered she set up a boon at shack, (we were on plagues map btw) so mid chase against Claudette I predicted Kate and downed herfrom across the map, and less than ten seconds later got Claudette. let’s see nurse do that.

perhaps trappers traps could inflict crippled, slowing them by 25% and causing them to scream when they fast vault a pallet or window until healed. and bigger trap trigger area for survivors if they are running freddys dream world could get a revamp, with 5 dream generators that are done 200% faster(30 seconds instead of 90) and they have to go trough the exist gates to escape, and once open, the dream exist gates stay open, if survivors die on hook(also 200% faster) or are moried. they wake up and suffer the insomnia effect, preventing them from getting great skill checks and making skill check harder the longer they are working on a task. freddy would be able to pick sleeping survivors up, waking them in the prosses(or attack them to injure them in dream world. no physical damage). and freddy can travel from real to dream world in a second. survivors in the other world can hear his terror radius as well. and he can see scratch marks of survivors in both world. he would have access to dream snares(injuring and slowing survivors) and dream pallets. in the real world. he just has dream rend, inflicting insomnia, and downing survivors with insomnia. survivors can sleep at resting spots, sending them to dream world and removing insomnia. no hatch in dream world.

Considering you should already be able to use all 4 headtraps, its not so bad. Ya, there's always factors, but its not random anymore, and def made my time with her a lot better.

I think this is a super interesting perspective on the Plague, I never thought of her that way, and I could see how one would arrive at that conclusion. To me though, I believe she’s very uninteractive. The Plague is centered on forcing a “damned if you do, damned if you don’t” way of playing for the survivors where you either decide to stay broken the whole game, or you cleanse and make her ungodly powerful. Both scenarios suck, and I don’t think are very healthy forms of gameplay. I would prefer a rework of her that changes the way her infection works, and makes the counter play of it more complex and skillful such that there’s no longer any need for the damage vomit. I’m not saying that I think she’s overtuned, more so that she creates one of the most unenjoyable experiences ever.

I wish Behavior reworks trapper soon. I played him couple time and only enjoyed it when I had that red add on where it resets a random trap every 30 seconds. It should be base kit or at least a way for his traps be more useful

I have three different ideas on how they could do it. One is the one everyone keeps suggesting and that's he just has all the traps at the beginning of the match. Two is all the traps are still scattered but they're already preset. So if you don't like a traps spawn you can just pick it up and move it. Or finally he gets the huntress treatment and can grab new ones from lockers up to his maximum available placement

One big change that needs to be made is to make it so that survivors who are injured that step in a trap and free themselves should enter the dying state. I know lots of people wouldn’t like this, but Trapper’s traps should feel WAY more punishing towards injured survivors. He’s basically the Pikachu of DbD and thus he should be at least a decent killer.

I love playing against the Nurse, seriously. Mindgaming with Nurses is much more entertaining than just hold W against Crow Bi*ch who denyes windows and pallets and her crows hitboxes are even more bullsh*t than huntresses hatchets. And PP Head deserves a nerf. Cages disabling borrowed is just nonsense. People who play him do two things: camp and tunnel so, yeah F* that kind of "gameplay".

Someone needs to teach Rowby how to play leatherface properly. When you're using the chili addons (as you always should be) it's 4-3-3, to extend your chainsaw sprint hit the power on the 4th swing, 3rd swing, and 3rd swing again. Boom no looking bottom left. Leatherface is definitely B tier at minimum on console. Those that think he's lower don't play him properly. He has some weaknesses due to his lack of mobility options for pressuring the map but he's definitely not sadako, pig, or even deathslinger levels of weak. Also I think that the only reason trickster is D or C is because it's on console, he's definitely stronger than people give him credit for especially if you use cufflinks

Nurse is easier than people think, however when you play them for a while there is a weird mindspace you can get where your killer and the survivors merges into you and your patients, THAT'S when you should take a break.
