Out of all 3, Prabhu's Chaat Bhandar is NOT RECOMMENDED. It's the worst in terms of behaviour and staff. There's this one guy who literally abuses and mocks people who don't know the local language (especially foreigners), and the owner is hardly bothered about it.

Thanks man, Mark Weins runs an amazing show. He usualy shoots with 1 cam and a duirection mic. Basically his show is a vlog. Ours is a full on TV show witha crew of about 12-15 people and a 3 cam minimum setup. So we cant shoot as often as him. What it costs us to shoot 1 episode, will get himn about 15 to 20 episodes.

Disagree with shanky on the golgappas, for me personally east India makes the best panipuri, Eastern up, Bihar and bengal, with their mixture of Chana and aloo with imli ki pani instead of pudine ki pani.
