Nope. The cockpit and the future aft compartment restoration are two different projects.

I'm going to say it. I have some experience with KD displays like you are planning, and it's not worth it. Either in the impact of the display, on structural integrity, or the out and back perpetration time. Oh you might be up to fussing with it on that first setup, but the breakdown before you can go home after a couple of days at a show is grueling. And then to go do it again... Nothing about the size of your project says you can't move it whole with a simple $20-$30 permit (Mommy-may-I permit) and you shouldn't need an escort for anything smaller then a single-wide mobile home.
