Problems: 1. Domestic violence 2. Sexual harrasment and abuse 3. Eve teasing 4. Dowry 5. Trafficking Solutions: 1. Start with the grass root level by educating the boys (8-11 year old) about what damage they can cause to women and why they should not (at home and at schools) 2. Creating separate place in the police station where complaints of women are only taken. 3. Faster court judgements for such crimes.

We all are talking about change..change.. But, when changes require then most of men ignore the problems of women... Without sorting out women's problem ..how can we think about development.... Firstly, Who is living the embodiment of divine mother ..they should come to the fore for basic requirements and root changes.. Women should come forward to mark problems aftter that we can know root causes. Men are not lord or god ... Everyone wants an educated daughter - in - law in his family..but, I wanna ask one thing.. If they want an educated girl then her rights will open to say..right is right and wrong is wrong..she obviously raises her voices against social discrimination like rapes, domestic violence, dowry system ... Then where does it fit that ...they need an educated daughter- in -law as well as dowry.. This is under consideration till now🤔 Now, One thing I would like to suggest my dear all sisters... Do not hide Reality.. If a child ask that what is reproduction.. Then tell him clearly and aware him from all the process so that it won't be a confused issues for him to step wrong direction..

Thanks to RSTV for compressive discussion.👍 Challenge s:- 1. Conditioning of women for domestic violence and patriachal society. 2. Insensitivity behaviour of law enforcement agencies. 3.attitude and behaviour at home against women and girl child- stereotype. 4. Proactive approach of the leadership against women issues. 5. Feeling of girl child as burden rather than considered as human resource. 6. Women's education participating at primary, secondry and higher education is downgraded and not encouraged. Watford:- Well pointed out by the panelists 1. There should be a cell in every police station to deal with women's issues sensitivily, if not taken care properly then hierarchy for redressal must be there for immediate action . 2. Attitudenal change sensitisation for women and girl chaild must start from at home and then society level. 3.Boys and men must be sensitive for women. 4. Proactive approach of law enforcement agencies. 5. Leadership must play proactive roll rather than talking . 6. Fast track courts must be encouraged for timely delive of justice. Several laws are there the important thing is implementation. Thanks . Good day.👍

I once complained @100. The officer pacified me saying that "you are like my sister, I would request you to let the matter go. There are thousands of family cases coming up daily. You seem to be educated. Don't drag the issue"; and blah blah. The system just expects the woman to suffer and suffer. I felt helpless in the hands of system. I gave it a thought and yes, I felt fortunate enough from those women who perhaps are more traumatised than me.

How to ensure Safety & Security of Women (Excerpts + Extras) 1. Gender sensitisation from the levels of Family, Schools and Society. Including the making of gender - neutral textbooks and training of teachers 2. Enough laws are present. The problem is at the implementation level. Make the police station women friendly so that women feel comfortable to report cases with the belief that their voices will be heard 3. Fast tracking of the judicial system to dispose the cases and avoiding the pendency. Justice delayed is Justice denied 4. Make our streets and public places safe for women. We can adopt a UK model where if a person (not only women) ring the police, they immediately come to your location and ensures that you are safe. This model is significant in cases especially when we live in a place where the police hesitate to file even a Zero FIR citing that the location doesn't fall under their jurisdiction (as we saw in Disha Rape & Murder case, Hyderabad)

Law and order should be implemented quickly and any type of harass and molestation should not be ignored by girls they should self conscious and take strict action toward any type of public harrasment .government should give self defence training to girls by which the can protect themselves from these. There should be 50 percent reservation in every job for women by which women can feel better in every where as we know in our country there is the lack of employecy rate in women work force.
@Rivendell23464 жыл бұрын
The irony is on one hand we are talking about women empowerment and on the other hand we are doing (rather enjoying) everything against the dignity of the same women(we all know what are those everything). We (at a global level) are not strong enough to give women the respect they need. Such discussions will continue perpetually to no avail.

From now onwards, policy making pe nhi implementation me jyada books likhi jani chahiye. India should have a bigger EXECUTIVE BODY and must not the legislature should be excutive too. Let the executive be free and let them handle , time has come now to separate legislature with executive.

Ira madam pointed out it very coorecctly ,that women take violence as it is natural to her. And girls are brought up with such mindset, that your husband is everything for you, he is your god so touch his feet, even he beats you don't mind because husband /male members go outside home to earn money they are getting irritated by there work ,so don't irritate him inside home too. So obey him . Domestic violence is not considered as big even by women itself. Even after getting beated ,she will cook for him ,she will talk to him politely. This is very famous ideology ,it is ok that your husband beats u sometime, but he also loves you. Marta pitta hai to kya hua pyar v to karta hai. So women consider domestic violence is very natural.
