Some South Australian wines would be a great addition to your collection & as an added bonus you don’t need to lay them down as they are mostly screw tops & won’t get cork taint!🍷

Haha! Quite possibly. I don’t think we’ve seen any South African 🇿🇦 wines for sale in French supermarkets… 😕 they seem to only sell French wines…. A few Spanish cavas and Italian Proseccos.

Alas, Father Christmas did not get that memo! May be for my birthday in a few days’ time… 🎈 We’ve surprised ourselves with all the skills we have picked up to date and how quickly. We’ve been lucky to have some patient and fantastic teachers along the way! ☺️

We don’t know, actually. We’ve only been to the archives in Perigeux once, but plan to go back to try and to gather more historical information in due course.
