The Big Tech Companies are killing the job market

The problem with the job market is something I anticipated would happen in the future, but it is happening now. The significant layoffs and the reduction of jobs in the IT industry are impacting the stability of every business.
To build the IT industry we know today, many people were hired, and a lot of them switched their careers to enter the tech field. But now, with extensive automation and numerous processes running efficiently, this market needs to reduce its workforce.
Unfortunately, many people will need to redefine their careers and seek new opportunities. The IT sector, which once created many jobs, has matured and will not grow as rapidly as before, reducing the demand for workers with the same skills.
