Michael I did this to a guy once but I actually didn’t even intend to. I realised he was being too overly nice and agreeable with me & I could easily walk all over him/exploit him etc (hypothetically BTW, I didn’t acc exploit him I just realised I could if I wanted to). Time later & he admitted that he used to have a crush on me but when he got to know my personality the crush stopped.
