So here are some tips for beating This level if you are struggling: You are on a timer basically to beat the two enemy colonies, once they are dead, you can raid their nests for leaves. Pick taunt majors with sharp aura and shockproof, it massively reflects DOT, like velvet worms, and it makes the Uber velvet worm a joke. Don’t upgrade anything for a very long time, quantity is better than quality for most of the game. Towards the end start upgrading majors. To take less losses from enemies like velvet worms, crickets and Uber whip spider, send a few units forward to bait out their AOE attacks, and then send in the rest of units. Split units into different attack groups, it takes less time for them to respond. Supermajor is worth it, but really only for the abilities, which are busted. For the infested nest Ubers: Whip spider: send in a worker to bait out its bleed, then send the troops in and ability. Cricket: send in workers to bait out the spin bleed, then send in troops Mantis: send in everyone. Mantis has max damage taken of 6 and single target, so send in all the troops and workers and it will die pretty easily Velvet worm: the damage reflection from majors will shred it, so don’t bait out it’s spray unless you are low on food.

Fun fact about the Velvet Worm, when it hunts it squirts extremely sticky, protein-based slime from their mouth tubes with the speed of three to five metres per second to trap their unfortunate meal. They are incredible and unique predators with a unique manner of hunting.

Beaver here's a tip keep in mind I did it on med Soo what you want to do is get more super majors and when the thing comes up and says stun or taunt do taunt because it forces the enemy to kill 1 ant at a time but the slime ability right soo what you want to do for that is get your ants more defense and beaver make sure you get as much food as possible and the ant the takes 2000 food its worth it because its your last resort and plus if you have high defense that thing is harder to kill but once you kill everything then go for the ubers because you gives more buffs for your ants keep in mind i did this first try i dint look up anything anyway beaver for the sake of us you need to try again i will not tolerate a loss just do it for us anyway much love beaver!

Pro tip: when placing a marker for ants to go to, the same amount start moving regardless of how many are in that group. Split up your ants into the 5 groups and have all 5 markers go to a place so that the large majority of your army is at the battle rather than somewhere else.

Believe it or not beaver but they do make plenty of other Queen ants and even males that are called “Alates” which are produce once every year in preparation of Nuptial flight which is when the Alates leave the colony to start their own. So yeah they do produce other queens and king of the future, which is a key feature I would love to see in this game.

In regards the multiple queens comment, a handful of ant species can actually form supercolonies made up of many queen ants. Would actually be kinda cool to see those ants implemented into the game in some way

Having four times as many workers as media or majors made me wince haha, the majors should really be your focus toward the end of the game as they can't be eaten by praying mantises and are best for fighting once the food sources are done :P

I'm not sure if you cut scenes, but you could've got the food from the enemy nests after you beat them. When you're fighting the preying mantis, you should only bring your majors in, because they're too large to be eaten.

i think what could've helped is a choice on what ant type or if it was like a formacarium thing with multiple ants, because if you werent leafcutters you wouldnt have to do a giant fight, almost die and then get 0 reward, or if the levels still gave stuff past 30 like decreasing costs for ants. I'll call this a moral victory because you at least fought the new uber and all but killed it. Also unrelated but if you see this, beaver do you think you would ever play Fish feed and grow again?

Yeah I tried this on medium for my second try and yeah, there's a BIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIG difference in difficulty. And even easy is still tough but still can be beaten. Also it was a HUUUUUGE waste of resources on making a lot of workers when that could've been saved on medias and majors, heck even the Super major.
