Neither did Lamar, Lamar threw a terrible pick and had an awful fumble. They were lucky the refs derailed the drive after the interception with a phantom hold. Could have easily been 28-10. The drop was bad but Lamar has just as much blame. There were other bad drops as well. Even if he catches the 2 point there is no guarantee they win the game. You're giving Josh Allen 1:30 to go down the field with 2 timeouts. They can easily score or get in FG range.

1) The ball was thrown almost perfectly to Mark Andrews while Smith had to go down and slide for the ball, a much more difficult catch, especially for a big man, and 2) Smith DIDN'T FUMBLE IN THE SAME GAME!!! A very stupid fumble too - Mark Andrews tried to juke a man FOR NO REASON instead of simply turning up field and getting extra yardage. looking at this game as objectively as I can the ravens made some turnovers 2 by the quarterback and 2 by the tight end but the 2 turnovers by Lamar he made up for his mistakes by scoring touchdowns and directing on dirves that would have either tied the game or win the game. Andrew on the other hand not being the quarterback don't have the same chance to recover or amend his mistakes. Jackson had put the ravens in postion to tied the game peroid. Lamar is the thrower and not the catcher. How can anyone blame Lamar because he put the raven in postion to tie or win regardless of his 2 earlier mistakes.

Not true. Smith had a more difficult catch to make (Andrews throw was nearly perfect) and Smith didn't also have a very stupid fumble in the same game. The fumble was particularly dumb too, a big slow man trying to juke guys for more yardage rather than simply turning up field and getting good yardage, LIKE EVERY TIGHT END DOES!!! Makes absolutely no sense, almost like he threw the game on purpose. smh [The Smith drop was just in a bigger game, but not a bigger choke job, not even close.]

Andrews’ plays were bad, but the ravens played a mistake-prone game leading up to the drop. Lamar threw a BAD interception, and put the ball on the carpet - after a bad snap - for 2 turnovers. You cannot give away possessions in the nfl, certainly not in the playoffs. But The Man In The Arena is always victim to the criticism of the couch potato. Just remember, if you “can’t make these plays” (Andrews’), then you can’t throw INTS and fumble the ball. Personally, I think maybe the ravens need to take a look at the coaching staff.
@charlesdonahue3667
@charlesdonahue3667 16 күн бұрын
I agree with you about the coaching. They should have worn them down with heavy doses of Henry. Lamar's were early game mistakes that he corrected with a near perfect second half. During crunch time Lamar was gold. Andrews made two huge mistakes in the 4th quarter.

Always blaming others. That's how Lamar and his dei fan base does it. It's mark andrew fault. Just forget the turnovers of Lamar that's not important Andrew's fumble and drop well that's bigger....sick of this clown lamar

Lamar's were early game mistakes that he corrected with a near perfect second half. During crunch time Lamar was gold. Andrews made two huge mistakes in the 4th quarter.

An interception and a fumble by a QB is CERTAINLY not the worse mistake in playoff history. Other than those mistake, LJ played an MVP caliber game with excellent numbers, clutch drives, and an unstoppable offense that never punted once. Mark Andrews performance was CERTAINLY the worse playoff performance from a tight end in NFL history, no doubt!!! Nobody called Peyton Manning a clown when it took him 8 seasons to win an SB, and nobody called Elway a clown after all his big game losses either. LJ will win his one day but idiots want to call him a clown and they never did that to any other QB. You must feel like crap inside to hate a man so much who you don't even know. Your life must be pretty sad and pathetic. That's the real tragedy. I'm just glad I'm not you. smh
