The BIGGEST CRASHES for every 2023 Supercars Driver

DISCLAIMER* This list doesnt include crashes that took place in the 2023 Supercars season, just earlier seasons and other series. I also included Andre Heimgartner in Thomas Randle's Tailem Bend SuperSprint crash because they share a pretty big one.
Every driver has those moments, crashing is just an unavoidable part of racing. However, today we are looking at every Supercars Championship drivers biggest shunts, wipeouts and crashes. From Shane Van Gisbergen to Jack Smith, from Bathurst to Pukekohe, from Porsche to NASCAR, see what I ranked as everyone's biggest crashes.

Yeah, it’s a big one. Similarly with Courtney’s crash, where you just hear the crunch of the cars, it can be a tough watch.

bko and svg havnt really ever had a major crash, just proves they are leagues ahead of everyone else. jlb also a solid steerer, just had a lot of bad luck mechanically, hope he can bring a fight to brodie next year

That’s the thing that’s astounded me here, I was inspired to make this because of a discussion about which Pye crash was his worst, but some drivers I struggled to find crashes that were actually bad. Like SVGs or Brodies crashes would just be another race weekend for others, they’re such small crashes but I couldn’t find anything really bigger from them.

For Frosty, I'd argue the Queensland 2010 is a bigger crash than his bout the the drain cover in Shanghai

If memory serves me right, there's no footage of Courtney's accident in Monza. And if it existed, it would probably be held classified, as an accident like that, if Courtney's and Michael Schumacher's recollections are to be believed, could have had the potential to drive the Autodromo Nazionale di Monza into administration.

Great video. In my opinion, the following are probably 'bigger' crashes for these drivers: Shane Van Gisbergen: Gold Coast 2013, when he rear ended Scott Pye. Scott Pye: Bathurst 2014, where he had a tyre fail on Conrod Straight, or Bathurst 2015 (hard to find the broadcast footage, but in it you can see him pass out after the impact) Will Davison: Tasmania 2017, he was visibly winded and injured after the crash, and needed to be hospitalised with back pain and concussion. David Reynolds: Bathurst 2014, Gold Coast 2014, or SMP 2023.
