well, ngl peeking feel better, also holding angles against to +w peekers feels better like almost cs go. but fps is worse than before update, it drops and stutters like crazy, it wasn't issue before update, atleast it was happening at first couple of seconds joined to servers (bcs of shader caching huge probability) if they gonna solve anti-cheat and fps issues, we could say it's cs2 v1.0 not yet, but almost

Hoping people don't ignore the core playability issues that the game still has post update: Yes it's nice to get a case and some old maps back, but still waiting on core things, give us bob, an anti-cheat, toggle left hand, FPS stability / performance update, integrated community server browser. Gonna take 23 minutes for the average person happy to see an update to load up their arms race, go to shoots, have 9 FPS because it's horribly optimised and get spin botted, then uninstall. But that's just my opinion.

idk mane i be getting 500 fps locked in comp on any map except ancient on a mid range build on 1080p medium settings (it only costed around 700$ new) maybe upgrade your 10 year old pc i can still def agree about water effects being horribly optimized but besides that i think u just got a i5 2400 with a single stick of 8gb ddr3 ram running at single channel 600mhz with a gtx 750 ti and no ssd

They forgot to fix the fps_max glitch where if you set your fps_max to 32 and desubtick your scroll jump, you basically get a bhop script on flat surfaces. Its extremely effective on Nuke and Vertigo in particular

Heres what i noticed from the update: Past 100ms is 10 times harder to play (I play 120 ping 90% of my games because i play with EU friends. And ive been playing like this since 2020) Past 140ms i rubberband like crazy as if im playing on 500ms My game now takes 2-3x longer to load randomly My game stutters heavier I get less FPS And no positives yet.
