Greetings to you family, I hope and pray everything is going well with you wherever you are. The festival we celebrating in the video is called!! NAA DAMBA FESTIVAL, it's an annual festival celebrated by the Dagbamba ( Dagomba ) Mamprusi, Nanumba, Waala and the Mossi tribes in the Northern part of Ghana 🇬🇭 All the above mentioned tribes are descendants of Tohizie ( The Red hunter ) from the Songhai empire The Damba consists of three different stages Namely!! SO DAMBA, NAA DAMBA AND BELI KULISI. This is a video of the NAA DAMBA FESTIVAL, I posted the SOMO DAMBA FESTIVAL last week The DAMBA FESTIVAL is the longest and biggest festival in Northern Ghana 🇬🇭 it's a week of drumming, dancing and prayers. It's also a festival that is celebrated by Muslims to mark the birthday of Prophet Mohammed ( S.A.W ) I the part 3 of this video is a video of the BELI KULISI. Which will be posted on my channel soon. Thank you 🙏 for watching

Yes my brother, Northern Ghana 🇬🇭 has a whole lot of authentic cultural practices. The Damba festival is the biggest festival in Northern Ghana. I will continue to explore Northern Ghana 🇬🇭 so that my brothers in Ghana, Africa and the diaspora can learn more about who we are as black people. Thank you 🙏 my brother
