Josh here are some tips you may find useful to you 1- make your raft bigger (make it like a rectangle that will help you collect so many items from one side ) , put lots of nets ( on the long side of the rectangle ) and cover them with floaters ( you don't need all the sides if you can put them all in the same side its cool) 2- for food its good if you have an empty bottle (with an advanced purifier) or if you can make one cuz its 4x the normal cup and don't depend on potato or beet do some fishing fish are more effective and there are some bigger fish you need the grill for them you can eat 3 times from them 3- so let me tell you if you want to be faster under the water when you farm you will need the metal hook and if you can the oxygen rebreather the flippers aren't necessary 4- hammock or the advanced bed will heal you if you sleep as well as wont take any food or water ( the normal bed take some food and water from you and don't heal you) 5- make a metal spear so that will take you 2 hits to get rid of the shark when he attacks also a useful tip when he trying to attack you under the water attack him first so that you don't loss health as well as you have some time to either collect or piss him off 6- scrap can be found underneath an island or from barrels 7- I won't spoil the ending but there is a story behind this game you need a receiver and 3 Antennas 8- for those who said you can use the hook for climbing that's not true 9- metal ore and copper can be found underneath the island 10- to kill a bird its easy but at the same time you need to try to be face him ( his head) and then try to walk while aiming where he will fly by some distance obviously a short one 11- when you stop the raft dont expect the items to come to you you need to be moving 12- in every island there are to boxes one on top and one underneath there isn't anything important on top of the island other than the box. 13- when its a big island expect to get 10 or more metal ores and 5-10 copper it depends on the island and it always stick to the rocks of the island ( not besides stones) usually its deep. 14- always remember to put your sail up and front to farm faster watching the vid if there is any other advice ill edit it :D sorry for my poor English

Loving the progress Just a few things to do still 1: Build collection nets on 2 sides so you collect all the items that pass by no matter the angle 2: Build around the nets to protect them from the shark ASAP (rarely attacks the middle) 3: The sail can move you in any direction regardless of the current 4: Pls organize the 2nd floor into different sections so it looks more organized Add any comments you think would help also so Josh can see

Building around the nets won't be necessary in the new version seeing as the shark attacks the middle part of the raft as well.

You should make multiple hooks, fishing rods, etc. and place them in storage. It should save you alot of time and frustration. Also, you should use the shark bait to kill the shark. This would allow you more time to gather underwater goods and add more food for your inventory.

1. Shift click to move things around in your inventory 2. The items in the water never move, you just move towards them. Thats why if you anchor you dont collect items or see items moving 3. The sail can take you in any direction regardless of the current, so you can always make your raft straight 4. Get diving equipment asap, it makes gathering copper, metal and scrap a lot easier 5. If the shark is about to attack you in the water, attack it with the spear just as it opens its mouth and it wont bite you

Always keep one stack of wood, plastic and leaves on you at all times and store the rest away. You wasted scrap metal to make nails when you had more than enough in your chest. Try and have at least something cooking at all times and also water purifying at all times so you can get your needs on the get go. Move your research table on top so it doesn't come in your way when moving around. Cook more fishes and meat, it is evidently better than cooking beets and potatoes. Farm more watermelons and mangoes, again more efficient, may as well get rid of your smaller crop plot and smaller grill and purifier. Lanterns doesn't seem that important to make right now, please don't waste scrap to make it, you can make it later. Organise your hotbar so you don't struggle to find stuff like your spear and make a metal spear. I know this might be a lot to read, but also note it down on your note book or something if you think it is important and overall it was a nice progress video, loved it. Thanks and goodbyeeee. Josh love the series mate, keep it up!!! Just a few tips: 1. expand your raft to a reasonable size as you are a little cramped on the first deck. 2. when exploring on islands, chuck a couple of shark baits as some are further out and don't attack the bait 3. try and upgrade your personal items (e.g. fishing rod, spear, hook) just so you can make your easier. Sorry if they are wrong, comment section, just correct me as I started playing and would only be a bit in front of DaddyJosh!!!

So glad this series is back, was waiting for this for ages. Two things though: 1. Please for the love of god sort out your storage, it's so time wasting for you to be opening multiple storages to find what you're looking for. 2. Try and make a clear pathway so you can get to the edge of your raft as quick as possible to kill the shark, you seem to be jumping over stuff too much causing you to risk losing a collection net or something because you can't get to it quicker. Overall though, loving the progress and keep it up :) *Edit: Another quick thing, your collection nets go under the water so you can build around them protecting them from the shark and allowing you to have some more foundation on your raft so you can have stuff in front of your collection net and it will still collect.

You may not find scrap very often in barrels floating but you ARE able to find it at islands to mine it up with the hook!! ^-^ Give that a go!

U should still explore the islands but just leave the flowers and only get some trees but most of all u need to utilise the shark bait and explore underwater(go to the bottom layer of the island and there will be a treasure crate in a shack) and u need to prioritise seaweed metal copper and scrap

Put the collection nets on the outside and then build wooden planks around the collection nets so you still collect the same amount of materials/things but then when the shark attacks your raft it'll always be attacking the planks instead of the collection nets.

You should make the bottom floor wider with more nets so you collect more stuff. Make the first floor like your kitchen with the purifier, smelter and barbeque and all the farms. Your third floor should be a storage floor

Build your own trees to craft wood and craft a scarecrow to prevent the seagull from going on your plants. When the shark attacks your collection nets take them off before he breaks them so that you won't lose it. Otherwise keep up the great content :)!

I have found that the only way to get up high on the islands is building high like you have been doing however I have found that putting the anchor right next to the stairs it gets way closing to the island allowing you to get higher, keep up the progress Josh! ;)

You can use wooden roofs to build onto islands, the hook doesn't work. A roof takes 4 wood to make and doesn't need any support underneath so it's cheaper than your current method.
