The Sixers biggest issue is that their supporting cast beyond Embiid and Maxey has been horrendous, esp relative to NY’s. Embiid isn’t 100% but he’s still putting up great stats, if someone like Oubre, Batum, Tobias, or anyone else other than that top 2 could do anything of value, the Sixers would not be down 2-0

Brunson is being helped and the Knicks are winning the series thus far because of the supporting cast: three point shooting from DiVincenzo and Bogdanovic, rebounding and defense from Hartenstein and Robinson, and just a freaking lot from Josh Hart. That plus Thibs outcoaching Nurse is helping the Knicks and hurting the Sixers, star power can only carry you so far in the playoffs.

Dude Sixers biggest issue is Embiid. I understand supporting cast is shite this season but If he wasnt injured as he is every year he would have had 50 pts both games. altho maybe 40 since they dont give soft calls in playoffs

Cleveland would be an impossible threat to beat if they had a high level scorer to pair with Mitchell at the small forward spot letting Garland focus 100% on facilitating and mobley and Allen just defending and rebounding. Letting Mitchell and an efficient scoring small forward creating they're own shots and focusing on strictly scoring they need like a Brandon Ingram at the 3

Everyone questions the Celtics 3 point volume till your team plays them. Everyone points at their volume, ignoring they also shoot 39% from three as a team at that stupid volume. There are good and bad threes, no one denies that. But the Celtics offense / roster is designed to create good threes and they do. This is not a serious critique

I really liked both of these videos for the most part, but think that you really overcomplicated the Celtics biggest weakness. It’s pretty obvious from what we’ve seen from the same core year in and year out that their main issue has been playing down to their competition and not showing up to the biggest games and biggest moments, and even with their off-season additions, that is definitely their biggest concern coming into these playoffs

But the rockets didn’t have a personnel like KP , brown , Tatum who can all post up and are efficient from midrange outside of harden and Paul rockets personnel were catch and shoot while Boston has 5 player in their playoff rotation who can create for themselves and others celtics offense is creating mismatches and getting open 3”s with elite to good shooters on the court rockets didn’t have the versatility player wise that this celtics team has y’all don’t know basketball logically💀

Miami Heat (less Jimmy Butler) vs. Boston Celtics (fully healthy roster) is so evenly matched. So yeah. Boston in 7 from a buzzer beater from KP. Pacers vs. Bucks even with Giannis, Pacers in 7. NYK in 6 games over Sixers. Cavs in 7 versus Magic. Nuggets sweep Lakers. Clippers in 7 over Mavs. TWolves in 5 over Suns. Thunder in 5 over Pels.
