I don't know about his ratings as some he rated seem like 1s or 2s and he gives them a 4 or 5. This one, seem more like a 6 or 7 and he gave them a 9.5, which is extremely high based on his comments. I don't know, he said his pork chops were dry and everything else were too salty and it still got a 9.5? If you love salt and salt everything before even trying the foods, this might be a 9.5 but, to me, this is more of a 6.5.

It’s because a lot of places don’t measure the temp on the pork chop. They cook it to 165 deg like chicken, but pork is supposed to be cooked to only 145 deg. Those extra 20 deg makes it dry as hell.
