Bring your tithes into the storehouse” is a Bible verse from Malachi 3:10: tithing is really not about money per say but we do give “money” cause todays times the church doesn’t have anywhere to store livestock and food. God is everywhere he’s not just in a physical building the church is a place of worship we can receive the Holy Spirit anywhere, the reason why theirs churches is to come together and praise God. Matthew 18:20, which states: "For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I with them."and for school it’s to program us for the workforce and not to prosper.

God doesn't need our money Helga. However, it's stated in the Bible in the old testament in the book of Malachi (Chapter 3 vs 8-10) it mentions that we are required to give tithes of 10% and offerings. You should read that for better clarification. The misnomer is that too many people choose not to give to the church because of what you've stated. But it's not about making the preachers wealthy, rather it's just about being obedient to our Creator. In addition, concerning the New Testament, Jesus or Paul or Peter nor the other apostles, didn't mention tithing because apparently, those needs were being met on a consistent basis enough collectively by the masses. It's better to give than to receive.

God never causes "a lot of death and suffering all over the world." All that evil is caused by people who have never ever read through the Bible. It is people that are ignorant of God's plan for us, that cause all the death and suffering. Don't be one of those people.
