For insurance you need to buy froma registered company (usually your uni or company you are applying for will tell you which one). It's usually just a couple of hundred dollars if not less

I think nobody should live in such a cold northern climate higher than 50 parallel - Minsk, London. 60 parallel Tallinn St.Ptsbg, Stockholm is too high. Humans should live where is more sun, warmer all year round. Even southern Canada, where live 90% of canadians is on Paris, Kiev parallel. Not many people in the world living in such North like N.Russia or Scandinavia (last at list was trying to compensate cold climate with socially friendly politicy and high living standards) Dark, cold, half year winters plus not friendly, not well socialised people. People should move south to be more happy because happiness hormones depends on 🌞 1st of all.
