Fantastic Video! Great content and no bs. Can you do a video on different sources of funds that are available to house flippers like different types of loans? I also would not be working with a contractor and would do things my self. DO you think that's smart? I know some construction and would be doing very basic changes to a house.

Thanks so much! I’m glad you liked the video. A video on funding options for house flippers is a great idea-I’ll definitely consider doing a video on financing! There are lots of options out there like hard money loans, private lenders, HELOCs, partnerships, and more. As for doing the work yourself, it really depends. If you’ve got the skills and the time, it can save you a lot of money. Just make sure you’re not biting off more than you can chew, and keep in mind that time is super important in flipping. The longer a project takes, the more it can cut into your profits (holding costs can eat away at profits FAST). If you’re sticking to simple changes and can move fast, it might be a smart move. But if something feels out of your league, don’t be afraid to call in a contractor.
