Iv been skinny twice in my life, im normally overweight and truly when i was skinny it was my darkest of times besides losing my grandparents. During that time i wasn’t happy but i thought, ok im skinny now shouldn’t i be happy so why do i feel like this? I come to realize later on gaining weight back mentally i wasn’t good but weight wise i was. So now im back in love with my self once again, if i do want to lose weight again im want to make sure mentally im good while doing it. Also i wake up giving thanks to everything that i have because, i know there are people out there that don’t even have a roof over their head, a bed to sleep on and food in their stomach and I’m thankful that I do also i woke up today. Mental health is very big, love yourself in every way ❤️
