I've never seen a miniature gauge Garratt before, but I've had a ride behind a Narrow Gauge one on the Welsh Highland Railway. Garratt steamies aren't exactly my cup of tea, but they are useful. They have a charm that's hard to ignore.

You call your size 5" gauge. Is that the same as 1:16? I am building a Cargo wagon scale 1:14 but I also need weeks? The cargo wagon is part of an scale forklift truck. Because we had the forklift truck to load an unload the wagon. And that is what I want to show in RC. SO inam.looking for rails and wheels.

imagentleman8 he does often do galas for clubs etc but he’s not a fan of the fairground type style where people pay for rides, this is a more to scale model railway set up! Hope this helps 🙌🏻

Just think, a few more years and DCC will probably be so advanced that you could convert these trains to run completely automatically. In just a few moments you could set up an entire day's running session, press the go button and sit back and watch the trains come and go.

They are still used in Europe, although Auto Couplers are on modern unit trains. The Link is screw adjustable.
