Thanks for the information. I’m just an HVAC guy, but am working on leasing twenty acres to graze cattle and sheep. I eat carnivore and don’t trust that our meat supply will be sustained long term. I’m planning on self slaughter and butchering, and helping people who purchase my excess production do the same for the animals they buy from me. I hope that ranchers can figure out a way to market their cattle outside of this system, but I don’t think that our global government will let it happen. America is no longer a sovereign nation, and government does not want a healthy population.

Been a year or three since I looked up the number of beef cattle slaughtered annually in the USA, but the number stunns most who research. The fact of the matter is these big monopolistic companies work together to crush small independents - but behind the curtain they're also working against the other bigs. When they weed out the competition to one huge co and a cpl baby brothers that serve to ride shotgun to quell claims that the big guy is running a monopoly they are safe. Two or three companies at the top helps avoid congressional action - it matters not that two of those companies exist only to keep the big guy safe.

I love listening and learning from you. This is the exact same shell game that has been played on We The People for years. It’s all a “slight of hand” trick in front of your face. They don’t expect people to take time to Research and Verify, Follow the Money, Connect The Dots. Well, because The People haven’t. I don’t have a dog in this fight, but I am a consumer. The name of this economic system is known as State Capture. It was developed by a wide array of top academics for three-letter agencies to help them systematically take down countries, world wide corporations, etc. Every contingency and response has been factored.

The biggest problem in agriculture was when FDA approved doubling sulfur levels in animals foodstuffs. This was done using short term study’s. Longer term studies would have shown too much damage to animals. Our dairy cattle were poisoned by grains feeds companies using this higher sulfur levels. It used to be 1,200 to 1,500 parts per million in total mixed rations for cattle. They also doubled the amount of mycotoxins that could be blended back down to 5,000 parts per million for cattle. This 10,000 parts per million is totally toxic dangerous products. Humans and dogs levels are cut off at 2,000 parts per million because after 2,000 parts per million your getting T2 toxins the most deadly cancers causing mold’s toxins. It takes a lot of testing to find theses T2 toxins but they’re usually present after 2,000 parts per million. All this combined with out telling farmers this was coming in their grains feeds poisoned thousands of farms out of business. This causes heart failure from cows belching up, sulfide gases burning the lungs, so oxygen cannot be delivered to the blood causing heart failure. It’s taking 400 gallons of blood pumped trough the mammary glands to get one gallon of milk You need 10 gallons of milk per day from dairy cows that’s 4,000 gallons of blood pumped through the mammary glands. This doesn’t happen with heart failure cattle. Low milk production and higher cells count from edema fluids in udders kills the farmers income destroys the farm. That not counting polio of the reproductive tract where muscle are weakened and calves have to be pulled or cow and calves die. This destroys reproductive health and having to give hormone shots for cows to cycle for breeding. This doesn’t even begin explaining the nightmare of health problems this has caused. USDA refused educational programs to help farmers because of libel reasons. USDA put out 2.4 billion dollars to help big pork and poultry companies with their problems. Then called this a man made disaster no help throwing cattle farmers under the bus with no help. DRs and Researchers wanted to help ran out of fears of retaliation from big corporations on this if it gotten exposed in court. I’m looking for a law firm that will sue USDA for discrimination against farmers because they’re blocking FBI from investigating this issue. Poisoning food producing animals is classified as a terrorist act under United States law after 911. When I told this to car loads of government officials and DRs on farm in 2014 and pointed to them and said some of you were teaching that to farmers at the meeting I was at in the county agriculture center. Their faces turned red and couldn’t talk. They’re send to our farm trying to scare us into not talking about this. Banks after I showed the thousands of pictures of affected animals to them quit loaning money to farmers because they realized farmers were going bankrupt because of this poisoning. That’s what I think too. It’s a way of forcing “union dues” from farmers. NGOs that only exist in order to get a slice of someone else’s money and they have no right to it and did no worthwhile work to earn it. Leeches.

I called Idaho beef check off . Boy they thought I was calling them a thief. All I ask for where was the advertisement. They said there was 2 . 1along the free way in Boise never seen it ask other people . They don't see it the other in Boise airport . Never been there to see it.

Your local Farm Bureau sales agent tries to claim that the lobbying effort that often acts against farmer/rancher interests are totally separate entities. Last year I told my FB insurance agent it's too bad she has to operate under the same name of such a total public relations disaster. My annual FB insurance premium on farm equip, buildings and farm vehicles was over $20K annually. Now I pay $250 a yr more to be free of fools and I'm happy to do so.

There was talk in Oklahoma about starting our own inspection agency... And that's as far as it got. You talk to a politician and they are all for it but I haven't seen anybody drafting legislation. Oklahoma did make some corporate welfare available for slaughter houses to open shop. I think they thought it'd allow for some competition to the few packers available. Not sure how it's working out. I know the muskogee nation opened up a processing house near me south of Tulsa.

Funny also how the promotions for beef is only about black Angus. They don't advertise herfords or no other breeds. But yet those producers still have to pay the check off. I said it was a scam years ago.

Every program I've seen requires a membership fee or their membership or participatation means you already paid by association. Someone should expose these lies. The problem is; the only people that get hurtare those who werr supposed to receive this education but never really do. But they'll say the programs were ruined by opposing ranchers.

I wonder what is a " direct seller" I went to a business store that claims to be home grown beef or direct seller and 80% looked like LAB MEAT and who knows what it is labeled as meat. This place has about 30 head of yearnings so people can see cows. That's about the extent of REAL BEEF for that place.

Only way to track where the money actually goes is to file a civil suit demanding a full independent audit of the books of all of the individual NCBA offices. Maybe a class action by smaller ranchers? If those offices are non-profits, by law .their accounting is supposed to be fully transparent and available for public review. Request full access to the books. If that access is denied, then enact a FOIA suit against them. The group Judicial Watch (a non-profit gov watchdog group) are the experts in accessing government public records and making FOIA requests and FOIA lawsuits. Perhaps contact them for professional advice. They have a VERY long profrssional history, are well-known, and are the best at what they do (and definitely not woke).
