800km in 17 days Traveling from the beginnings of the river spey where everyone in the team lives to Berwick Upon Tweed and the Border with England. From rivers, lochs & the open ocean to the single track paths and roads this adventure links one of the biggest adventures we think you can have in Scotland in an open canoe.
This adventure highlights what an incredible adventurous and transportation weapon the open canoe can be. We found ourselves using the the canoe in so many ways on this journey. From simply paddling rapids and open water, sailing on the ocean and then to tracking upwind on the shores of lochs. From lining the boat of drops to poling up rivers, and lets not forget plenty of trolley suffering and carrying as well for good measure!
This was an adventure non of us will ever forget and for us all, highlights why Scotland is such a special place and why we all feel lucky to call this place home!
