As soon as Ryan rated the nachos, I thought “this is giving Dave Portnoy Pizza Review” vibes. I laughed hard when shortly after, Derek said “one bite, everybody knows the rules.” 😂😂😂

There’s definitely some inspiration there. Wait until the actual pizza review on our next biggest week video :p

Very cool area. Many many many many ..many years ago before vast areas surrounding Sandusky Bay were drained it was a wildlife haven. Conserve and care for wildlife.

That program is awesome! As a young birder myself I can relate. What was your favorite bird to see

I think on this day the prothonotary warbler was my favorite but there were so many cool species that it’s hard to pick!

Good morning to you from Hong Kong 🇭🇰 SAR. In the New Territories of Hong Kong 🇭🇰, there are at least the Manchurian Reed Warbler, the Alstrom’s Warbler, Yellow-browed Palla’s Warbler, the Two-barred Warbler and Eastern Crowned Warblers. Though I have not seen them with my own eyes, but these birds are on the Hong Kong bird list in the app as well as in the book of BIRDS of HONG KONG.

I love how you end, at sundown, with the buzzy, nasal “preent” of the male American Woodcock. Nice!

Great shots of the Screech Owls. I got my lifer Screech Owl there two years ago, saw Mom, and 3 chicks hiding. Can't wait to go back, love your videos!

If you ever are in the area the mentor marsh on the opposite end of Ohio is really good

We didn’t even hear anyone talk about that place when we were there lol

@@BadgerlandBirding that is fair as even some of the locals here say Magee is better, but if you schedule to be in the morning on a Friday between April-May/ September-October, you can come visit the bird banding station there.

Yeah he definitely has a crazy list for being so young. 256 is certainly not bad either!

In Hong Kong 🇭🇰 SAR, near the mangroves area as well as at the Hong Kong bird sanctuary, there are the Pacific Golden Plover, the Pied Avocet ad well as the Egrets.

They were a little harder to find this year!

We go every year to bird week, it’s hit and miss depending on weather and fallouts, but I’m never disappointed. I live about an hour and a half away. The food choices are rough! Sometimes there are food trucks in Ottawa National Park. There is actually a wetland behind the creamery that can have some cool things! As a very beginner birder starting in my 60’s, I stumbled on Magee Marsh about 5 years ago on the last day of the festival. I was literally blown away. I’ve since become a full on proud “bird nerd” and bird photographer. OH has so many great stops during the migration, it’s literally exhausting for a few weeks, but what a blast! If you come back, Try Sheldon Park and Pipes Creek too. It’s very cool to see you filming close to my home! Nice work!

We heard about pipe creek but just never had the time to make it out there :(

Love the video. Would be great to attend some day. Are there vegan options available at the festival that you know of? Or maybe in the vicinity? Thanks in advance for your answer. Greetings from The Netherlands.
