Josh Allen is the only reason the Bills have been relevant the last few years. Along with solid defense. I don’t think letting a 30+ year old safety go hurts. As long as Allen is under center, they will be fine. They’d be smart to give him another #1 type receiver

Poyer and Hyde were the first free agents Brandon Beane brought to Buffalo, and Tre White was his first draft pick. Hyde was the brains of the whole defense and Poyer was the heart of modern Bills culture. There’s a reason those 2, while being 7th round draft picks, became the best safety duo in the league for pretty much every year up until now.

As a Bills fan, I appreciate the work and the passion with which these men played the game, first-rate, top-notch, tough-as-nails players who richly deserved to retire from their chosen team with big money and fanfare (in a perfect world) But the reality is you can't go into any new season with a pat hand, shaking things up is a necessity, and cap space is needed. Can you do a segment about whether or if you think the NFL divisions and playoffs could change. I think it could be changed to this. 4 divisions of 8 teams. Play each team in your division 1 time = 7 games Then if you finished in top 4 from previous year you play the top 4 from the other 3 divisions. Same if you finish in bottom 4 you play the bottom 4 from each division = 12 games 19 games in the regular season For the playoffs, get rid of the AFC NFC split. Division winners are seeded, then you could have it drawn out a hat for the games or winning percentage, whatever you want. 16 teams in a knockout format 8 winners progress to Quarter finals 4 winners progress to Semi final 2 winners progress to Superbowl
