Something that didn't get brought up that I thought was such a huge piece of foreshadowing was how bizarre it was was that Timmy was able to become sympathetic to the Nazis. I thought I such a huge red flag and weird that it didn't set off alarm bells in Kevin's head.

I noticed that, and I thought it was strange at the time, too. Though I think maybe Kevin interpreted as Timmy being able to be friendly with a lot of different types of people.
