If you already know these answers, then you do not need to read this. But the Brimstone Head is a rare enemy that appears on the floor ''Sheol''. The Broken Gaping Maw enemy, I believe, can spawn in the floor ''The Womb''. Though, it is a rare version of the Gaping Maw. The Blue Conjoined Fatty can be found ''The Chest''. Now, for Mom's Heart, if you have already killed her enough time so that ''It Lives'' Spawns instead of it, then... Well, you can find Mom's Heart in ''The Void'' and ''Greed(ier)'' mode, I believe at the end of the Utero/Womb floor which you can get Mom's Heart or something else when you activate the last button (The One That Can Activate The Devil/Angel Deal) I hope you could understand this, and I hope this helped you. Where do you find the Stone Eye, Brimstone Head, Broken Gaping Maw, Blue gaper, & ultra pride baby enemies? How do you get them spawned and add them to the bestiary.

try using console commands to spawn them, you can spawn any enemy and item that way

Thanks for making this video. Now I know that the only new bosses are reskinned or just improved versions of previous ones, not any new original ones. That's one reason I don't want to buy Afterbirth+, it was just lazy and rushed and didn't bother to add that much new content...

Afterbirth+ was never supposed to add alot of gameplay content. Ed wanted to make an expansion that focused on bringing modding tools to the community and eventually they started adding some other stuff.

I don't really care who makes the mods. I get good content, so I'm happy with my purchase. And I am happy to give more money to the devs since they were the ones who made the game in the first place. Yes, the community makes better content than them at this point because they are out of ideas. After so many years of developing one game, you are bound to dry out sometime. And giving the community a way to keep the game alive for years to come is the best thing they could have done. In the first week when it released, it only costed 6.66$ and you could always wait for another sale.

But you don't need to buy Afterbirth+ to play or make mods dumbass! Antibirth just shows that you can make a great mod without the shitty "mod support" that AB+ has! It's even free, too! Mod support was already in the game, now it just has a pretty interface which you paid 10 dollars for! Jesus, you know, if you're crazy rich, go spend your money all you want on expensive useless things, but if you're struggling to make money for a living, AB+ is not recommended for *10 DOLLARS* You can buy *A DECENT STANDALONE GAME FOR 10 DOLLARS* rather than buying a DLC for a DLC

I have experience with modding in isaac and only professional programmers were able to add anything new to the game back in the days. It took the antibirth team 2 fucking years and over 2000$ to make their mod... And if you're having money problems you shouldn't buy any games at all...
