This is probably old as hell news, and super situational, but in case someone didn't know yet I discovered a fairly interesting thing today, that Tear's run reminded me of. The D7 item I think it was, activatable that rerolls "rewards", in other words respawns the rooms enemies so you might get a new drop after killing them all? Apparently if you get a Greed/Super Greed instead of a shop in a shop room, a D7 usage can turn the empty room into the shop afterwards.
