Apparently the empty pedistal dip doesn't work anymore. So here's the best minmax in that case: Take yumheart to the shop, butter it onto the floor, bring shoop to the shop, buy diplopia, buy the portable slot, bomb the reroll until the shop has 2 more pedistal items, double everything, bring any actives you don't want to the item room and reroll them till you get sick nasty passives.

if your talking about the reroll machine in the shop, it only rerolls items with a price tag

You use shop reroll to get two more items for sale, so you can dip those items, then you take every active back to the item room where there was an item room reroll machine.

I lived in a favela (a real, Brazilian favela) for haf of my life, I gotta say, it's not as bad as people make it look. People know each other, help everybody, the "bad guys" usually protect the citizens, the income per capta is not that low (not high enough to buy a house elsewhere, but enough to have a good PC, a LED TV and other superfluous things) Now I live in the countryside which is cheaper than the downtown favela.

"The Hound" is called that because the Clegane sigil is a hound, and also, medieval kings always had one person by their side, often called a watchdog. It's a bit of a pun, making someone who's family is represented by a dog be a king's dog. "The Mountain" is just called that because he's really fucking big. It's got nothing to do with anything else
