Yeah I just bought the base game yesterday while it was on sale for 80p as I've heard very good things, but had never played it before, so I started checking out NL's original playthrough as I know he plays a hell of a lot of this game. I don't particularly fancy watching like 3000 episodes, though. As I don't have the DLC, I'll probably check out a few more episodes of the base game then go play some more myself. Maybe if I get really into it I'll watch the first few episodes of each expansion to see the new stuff that's been added for each DLC.

hey NL, I saw a much-liked comment on this video saying that he disliked because of the full-run reroll. I just want to posit the opposite opinion and state that watching you adapt to a new build much of the way through a run is the epitome of isaac's replayability and therefore represents (for me) its enjoyment to watch you play. I don't want you to think that everyone hates the full-run zane roll, and I think you have a good balance as-is when it comes to rerolling and zane in general (although I would like you to take soy milk more often :))

If you are too lazy to unlock the lost by searching for the missing poster for hours on end. Just download the mod "Isaac missing poster item" from the steamworkshop. Isaac starts with missing poster by default and just find a sacrifice room so you can die. You can then disable the mod and you have The Lost permanently unlocked.

Uhhh ACTUALLY from the moment you said “We take two percent of his HP per hit, so we’ve got to hit him 50 times”, you actually hit him 44 times, not including the splash damage and mysterious liquid damage, which means it took you roughly 88 shots to kill him, meaning you were doing only slightly over one percent of his HP per shot. Tear height. Hush's shots can't hit you on the side it's firing them toward. Only after they past through the wall and come back from the reverse side. Egg's short range makes it so he couldn't dps while off to the side as easily.

R3DN1NJ4 he does it every single fight against the hush, and it deals almost all the damage he takes. You can easily get to safety by simply leaving the matrix by going to one of the sides of the room (which likely makes it so you can't DPS him, but also 100% avoids the shots)
