Can confirm that much of this works very well for me. After waking up, i only take two bites of food, after an hour when my body is more in balance, i can eat more. By this habit alone I am more in balance for the entire day. Also by not eating in the evening (or in winter after 16:00, since its early dark here), i wake up much more refreshed
