One of my favorite buffet restaurants, the broasted chicken and turkey are so good. I have never been to their theater but we are hoping to catch the Christmas Show and dinner this year. Don't know if you saw but they are running 15% off gift cards until November 30th which can be used at all their properties, bakery/cafe, lodging and theater. Really love Bird in Hand area so many neat things to do.

One of our favorite places to eat in Lancaster County. We moved out of state a few years ago and miss it! The chicken was always my favorite!

The buttered noodles looked so good. We have been to Bird-in-Hand Family Restaurant for breakfast but not lunch or dinner. Thanks for the recommendations of when not to come to the restaurant. I like to avoid a crowd. Great tips! Another great review!

Thanks ☺️ I have not been there for breakfast other than one time and I sat in the old diner front part of the restaurant which I loved doing! Felt like I stepped back in time. This was 8 years ago?? maybe and I was so enamored with the setting and the locals that I didn’t think much of how I felt about the food 🥘 😂😄

When we stayed there it was closed for dinner , but was open for breakfast. The food was very good, but the service was a little bit slow. It was very busy. We went in the summer.

Thanks for letting us know. Yes their schedule has changed several times since 2020. But I think they’ve leveled out with the current hours and days. They definitely were busy for us too!

Thanks for the Tips! I am coming down later this month and we usually go there 2x in a 5 day stay. Millers and Shady as well as Dieners. Yes I gain 5 pounds every time I go to Lancaster!

We tried one time but it was so crowded I left. Plus we had someone in a wheel chair and they aren't exactly the easiest to manure in. @@ElleLiving
