If you dont mind what width and casing did you settle in on for the road in this Vid? I just bought some Standard case Barlow Pass 38s for My Lauf Seigla. I've never ridden RH, and your the reason I switched from My Schwalbe Pro ones and GP 5000's , Thanks Ted Great vids and story. @@TedKing1
The Birkie is America’s best kept secret! It’s such a cool event. It’s the closest I’ve ever felt to being at the Olympics. It’s shocking to see absolutely zero snow around there for it. Wow! Great video. Proud of you Ted! Way to always keep fighting!

Like the format. Our huge Burlington Airport. That sand looked rough. Thanks for the video and take care, Al

It’s good to see you racing again. Enjoyed your video and update.
@timcarnes346710 ай бұрын
Be patient my friend, but be ready. When a rider as gifted as you are draws that proverbial line in the sand and then goes after it, opportunities to podium and yes Ted, win races will happen. I hope you get a solid 6-8 months of healthy injury free training and racing. You are gonna be fine! FYI I am good buddies with Steve Bright from Maryville Tn (blackberry farms pro-am a few years back).

Wow… love the whole chapters layout! Good conditioning that off bike skiing! As for the trip to Spain, it’s a mini blast from the past. You know them roads.🤓 You are extremely fortunate to return with some similar goals but this time it’s for you and no one else, not a team, not another rider.. but You! As for the race, a top 20 is very nice early form. Good numbers but the fall was not great, you gotta look after that elbow man. Can’t risk it! Otherwise the winter Miles have paid off! I can’t wait till you peak and you are in a position to dish out some pain. 😃. Keep at it! And look after yourself and health! It’s a long season.

You guys gotta come visit Alicante! Less number of cyclists than Girona, but still excellent riding on both road and gravel!

You should do an episode on how the hell you avoid upper respiratory infections during your travels and days at home with kids. I mean I feel like we have at least one new virus a week coming through our house a week from daycares/school with the kids.

Great clips, especially of Mallorca. Curious how you would compare a one week camp in Mallorca vs a one week camp in Maui?
@lauraking775410 ай бұрын
My take is the riding feels MUCH safer, the temps in Feb are milder and the riding options are more diverse.
@TedKing110 ай бұрын
Both are amazing, of course. Mallorca is much more cycling friendly and many more riding options since it's just a web of roads. Probably less expensive, all said and done. But the poke in Hawaii is certainly much better. And more beach time.

True. Most Americans don't know what nordic skiing is, and would likely said "bless you" in response to hearing someone utter "vasaloppet".
